To Agnes, my wife, the lease of my fermehold during her widowhead.
On her marriage or death, William, my son, to have it. If he enter upon it before 14 yeres shall be
expired of the said lease, he is to give to my younger sons, Thomas Fearnley, Christopher Fearnley, and
John Fearnley, 26s. 8d. each.
