1570, - pr. 21st November 1570 : Whereas I and my son, Richard Wilson, have jointly as partners occupied
in the buying of woll, and all manner of wayres for making of wollen cloth and broad doussans, as well
as in selling the same, I will that the said R. W. shall have the moitye of his and myne stock, money,
wolle, clothe, dossans, yearne, and wayres, over and besides his cowe, two maires, his leade, his moitie
and a half of all his and my sheipe, with all his other goods and cattels. To my son-in-law, John Walker,
and Cicilye, his wife, sex pounds thirteen shillings and fourpence, with my cup called a massar. To
my son-in-law, William Greene, and Margaret his wife, 6£, 13s., 4d. To the said Richard W., my son
8l. To Anne Greene, 40s. To Cicilye Wilson, 20s. To Cicilye W., daughter of said Richard W., one
iron chimney. To Agnes Walker my girdle. To said Richard Wilson, my counter. Also, I will that the
said John Walker, William Greene, and Richard Wilson, shall chose whether they have the said legacies
or divide my said goods emongs them. Richard W., my son to give all my gold and silver towards the
burying of my corps. Said Richard, sole executor. Son William, supervisor. Witnesses - William Evers,
William Clerke, Peter Fearne, Henry Saxton, and Thomas Walker, with others.
