4 October 1576. To William Bronthwaite, 23s. which I owe him. I freely forgive my brother George
Rylay 40s. which he doth owe me, and if he will pay 4s. 6d. to Christopher Smith, of Stoney
Raikes, he is to have my best cote and shyrte. To Richard Walker, my stethy, belloe, hamer, and
all the other toiles belonging to the blacksmyth occupacone, or els 4 marks. A cow called
Greenhorne, to the children of Richard Walker, deceased, viz., Thomas, William, Henry, Agnes,
and Alice, or els 40s. Rest of goods to "be bestowed to my soules health at the discretion of
my executrix" - "my most beloved wife, Elizabeth Perkinson." Supervisors: - Edward Smythe and
George Whelhouse. Witnesses: - John Cowburne, Edward Smith, William Brame, with others.
