proved 4 October 1576. My whole title and term of years in my fermhold in Burley, to William
Bruke, my sister's son, and to Janete Hopton, my sister's daughter. To the said William Bruke
and Janete Hopton, all my corn and hay growing thereupon, and one cow and a calf betwixt them;
and to said William Bruke, one lome, with all its belongings. To said William one lead, one cowe.
To said Janet, one cubbord. To said Jennet, one wedder. To said Janete Hopton, and Janet B.,
myne pece of pewther. Whereas William Brukes, of Leeds, my brother-in-law, owes me 40s., I
release him one half and give the other 20s. to his three sons, John B., George B., and James B.
William B., and Janet Hopton, executors. Witnesses: - William Dawson, Richard More, Saunder
Admergill, Arthur Armitage, Edward Gargrave, and Thomas Atkinson.
