proved 7 August 1584: - Body to be buried in parish church of Leeds. Debts, &c. Residue into
three parts - one to the performance of this will; one to Alice, my wife; and the other between my
two daughters, Elizabeth C., and Marie C. The first part to be equally divided among my wife and
two daughters. To wife and daughters, all my lands, &c., both freehold and copiehold, in Leeds,
Leeds Kirgaite, Leeds mainriddinge, or elsewhere in the parish of Leeds, for 12 years, paying
thereof to my son, Thomas C., 20s. rent; and to my brother William C., 20s. Mentions brethren-
in-law, Thomas Casson and Henry Maxsone. Wife and three children, executors. Brethren-in-
law, supervisors. Witnesses - Thomas Casson, John Calbeck, John Cassone, and Abraham
Fawberte, with others.
