Residue to be divided into three parts - Sybbell, my wife, one part, "which of right she ought to have
by the law;" one to my mortuarie and funeral expenses; the other equally among my children [not
mentioned by name]. Wife, executrix. William Marshall and William Flather, supervisors.
Witnesses - William Marshall, William Flather, with others.
