Mirfield Plague Victims 1631 - from the Parish Register

Funerals were not permitted in church. Corpses not to be moved, but buried nearby place of death immediately and pits were dug in Easthorpe and Littlemoor for victims. The total number of victims was 130 comprising 54 Adults and 76 Children of which 61 females, 58 males and 11 infants of unknown sex

NB : Uxer may mean WIFE or WIDOW - it's not really clear from the parish register. The date is that of burial.
