The National Gazetteer of Great Britain and Ireland - 1868

In 1868, the parish of Kilteevoge contained the following places:

"KILTEEVOGE, a parish in the barony of Raphoe, county Donegal, province of Ulster, Ireland, 6 miles N.W. of Stranorlar, its post town. The parish is 8½ miles long by 7½ broad. The surface lies along the banks of the river Finn. It is mountainous and boggy, and is crossed by the road from Strabane to Dunglo. The living is a perpetual curacy in the diocese of Raphoe, in the patronage of the Rector of Stranorlar. The church is modern. The Roman Catholic chapel is united to that of Stranorlar. There are a Sunday and four or five daily schools. Cloghan Lodge is the seat of Sir T. Style, Bart."
