"GRANGE, a parish in the baronies of Kilconnell and Loughrea, county Galway, province of Connaught, Ireland, 5 miles S.W. of Kilkenny. The parish is intersected by the river Raford and the road from Ballinasloe to Galway. The parish is in the diocese of Clonfert. There are two burial-grounds, but no church."
