The National Gazetteer of Great Britain and Ireland - 1868

In 1868, the parish of Ballinlough contained the following places:

"BALLINLOUGH, a parish in the barony of Small County, in the county of Limerick, province of Munster, Ireland, 3 miles from Pallasgrean. The living is a vicarage united with that of Aney, or Knockainy, in the diocese of Cashel, Emly, Waterford, and Lismore."
