The National Gazetteer of Great Britain and Ireland - 1868

In 1868, the parish of Clonbullogue contained the following places:

"CLONBULLOGUE, a parish in the barony of Clanwilliam in the county of Tipperary, province of Munster, Ireland, 5 miles to the S.E. of Tipperary. The surface is hilly, lying along the bank of the river Arra, and is traversed by the road from Tipperary to Cabin The living is a rectory in the diocese of Cashel, Emly, Waterford, and Lismore, value with Tipperary, £810, in the patronage of the bishop. The chief residences are Lismacue, Banshaw, Grallagh, and Clonbulloge."
