In 1868, the parish of Kilfeakle contained the following places:

"KILFEAKLE, a parish in the barony of Clanwilliam, county Tipperary, province of Munster, Ireland, 5 miles E. of Tipperary, its post town. It is 3 miles long by 2 broad. The surface consists generally of a good soil. The living is a rectory in the diocese of Cashel, value with Tipperary, £810, in the patronage of the bishop. The Roman Catholic chapel is united to that of Religmurry. There are two day schools. Kilfeakle House is the principal residence.
