The National Gazetteer of Great Britain and Ireland - 1868

In 1868, the parish of Kilnamanagh contained the following places:

"KILNAMANAGH, a parish in the barony of Ballaghkeen, county Wexford, province of Leinster, Ireland, 4 miles N.E. of Oulart, its post town. It consists of two detached districts, separated by Killincooley. The soil is mostly good. The road from Wexford to Gorey passes through the parish. The living is a rectory in the diocese of Ferns, value £134, in the patronage of the bishop. The church was erected by means of a gift from Robert Doyne, Esq., and from the late Board of First Fruits, in 1813. Here are a Protestant Sunday-school, and a day school. Kilnamanagh House is the only seat.
