While converting this list for use on the web, the prime directive was to make as few changes as possible concomitant with efficient web use, and to document any changes made. The only content change was the replacement of the code letters with their full expansion.

So, with this in mind the only changes to the base conversion were as follows ...

• The code letters were replaced with their meanings and added as descriptors to "Ministry"
• Forename and Surname positions were swapped for sorting and searching purposes
• Sub-locations were moved to after the main location for sorting purposes
