It was founded in 1722.
After several years of little use, the Church of Scotland advertised the church for sale in 2020. In Jan 2022, the East Lothian Courier noted that a planning application had been submitted for change of use to a house.
A number of images of the church and some of the headstones are available from Canmore.
OPRs (Old Parish Registers) are available from 1627 - 1757, and 1771 onwards. No deaths are recorded.
The NRS website provides more details of the gaps, and issues with the records.
