Abbey Church, Edinburgh, Church of Scotland

The church was built in 1875, opening on 19th Dec, and in the following January, the QS parish was disjoined from South Leith and Greenside. In 1975 the congregation merged with Greenside.

In the 100 yrs of it's existence, the church had only 4 ministers.

The church has now (2021) been demolished, and the site is occupied by a residential block. Images of the church may be available from Canmore.
