The church does/did not have a graveyard.

It was founded in 1868.

Originally David Cousin 1844-45 as St George's Free Church on Lothian Road, re-erected here 1867-68 by Peddie & Kinnear, who were responsible for new tower. Demolished, with the exception of the new tower, in 1980.
