It was founded in 1275. It closed in 1588.
Founded by Alexander II in 1275. The church was completely in the fileds, beyond the walls of 1450, but within the Flodden Wall. The quadrangle of the University Old College occupies the site of the church. In 1566 taken over by the town for the Toun's College. Darnley murdered here in 1567. Church destroyed in 1588.
