It was founded in 1829. It closed in 1905.
Originally a Burgher Church by Robert Brown, 1829, altered and extended as the Eagle Buildings by G. Washington Brown, 1905.
(Note: Ainslie's 1804 plan shows a Burgher Meeting House on this site - but not on Kincaids 1784 map - is this the same building?)
