It was founded in 1787. It is now closed, but we do not know the exact date of closure. OS Maps show it as a church until around 1945, after which, on the OS 1:10,000 Series, it is shown as "disused".

The Canmore database has a brief entry for the manse, but no apparent entry for the church itself.

Robert Small's "History of the Congregations of the UP Church" provides a history of the church up until the 1900 unification with the Free Church. (Available from Archive.org)
