The National Gazetteer of Great Britain and Ireland - 1868
In 1868, the parish of Cilycwm contained the following places:
"CILYCWM, a parish in the hundred of Cayo, in the county of Carmarthen, South Wales, 4 miles N. of Llandovery. It is situated on the river Towy. The living is a curacy in the diocese of St. David's, value £94, in the patronage of T. H. Gwynne, Esq. The annual value of the charities is about £5."
