The National Gazetteer of Great Britain and Ireland - 1868

In 1868, the parish of St Andrews Minor contained the following places:

"ST. ANDREW'S MINOR, a parish in the hundred of Ogmore in the county of Glamorgan, South Wales, 4 miles to the S. of Bridgend. Cardiff is the post town. It is pleasantly situated near the coast of the Bristol Channel, and contains one estate only, the property of the Franklins, whose seat is Clementston House. The living is a sinecure rectory in diocese of Llandaff, value £5. The church is in ruins."
