The National Gazetteer of Great Britain and Ireland - 1868
In 1868, the parish of Brawdy contained the following places:
"BRAWDY, a parish in the hundred of Dewisland, in the county of Pembroke, South Wales, 6 miles to the E. of St. David's, its post town. The living is a vicarage in the diocese of St. David's, of the value with that of Hay's Castle united to it, of £115, in the patronage of the bishop."
