The National Gazetteer of Great Britain and Ireland - 1868
In 1868, the parish of Llanfair Nant y Gof contained the following places:
"LLANFAIR-NANT-Y-GOF, a parish in the hundred of Dewisland, county Pembroke, 3 miles S. of Fishguard, and 10 N. of Haverfordwest, its post town. The river Gwayne flows through it. The village is small. The living is a curacy annexed to the rectory* of Letterston, in the diocese of St. David's. The church is dedicated to St. Mary."
