In 1868, the parish of St Lawrence contained the following places:
"ST. LAWRENCE, a parish in the hundred of Dewisland, county Pembroke, 7 miles N.W. of Haverfordwest, its post town. The parish, which is of small extent, is situated on the river Cleddau. The living is a rectory's in the diocese of St. David's, value £80.
