- Rev. William Warren of Boccade, Co. Cavan, Incumbent of Kildallon, Co. Cavan; will proved 2nd April, 1803; born 1720 in Co. Carlow. He matriculated 14th February, 1735, aged 16; B.A. Trin. Coll., Dublin, 1741; college tutor, Dr. Gilbert. He received Letters of Holy Orders, by the Bishop of Kilmore, 3rd September, 1744, and d. 23rd February, 1803, at Kildallon. His tombstone inscription there is as follows—“Here lieth the body of the Reverend William Warren, for thirty years Incumbent of this Parish, who departed this life in humble hope of a joyful Resurrection, 23rd February, A.D. 1803, aged 83 years.”
