Proved in the Registry of the Archdeaconry of Exeter the 11th of April 1853
Appeared personally Sarah Gaul of Cullompton, widow, sole execututrix

This is the last Will and Testament of me William Pannell bell founder of Cullompton in the county of Devon 
I give and bequeath unto my daughter Sarah Gaul (whose kindness and attention to me I hereby acknowledge) everything I stand possessed of whatsoever and wheresoever for her own use and benefit 
And I appoint my said daughter Sarah Gaul to be the sole executrix of this my Will revoking all former or other Wills declaring this alone to express the whole of my will 
In witness whereof I have hereunder set my hand this twenty eighth day of December in the year of our Lord one thousand and fifty two
Signed by the said testator as his last Will and Testament in the presence of us present at the same time who at his request and in his presence and in the presence of each other have hereto subscribed our names as witnesses
