- Microfiche M14 - Bap 1756-1809, Bur 1746-1805.

Marriages between 1754 and 1844 were at St. Oswald's in Winwick, rather than at the Ashton chapelry. The marriage register provides no distinction as to where the parties lived, or what chapel served their community.
From 1838 on, the north end of Ashton in Makerfield was served by a new church, Holy Trinty. The Wigan Record Office holds microfilm of Holy Trinity's 19th century records.
