MARSTON.

Marston is a village and liberty in the parish of St. Mary, Stafford, about three miles to the north of that town, upon a good loamy soil, excellent both for corn and pasture. 

The Church, which is only a chapel of ease to St. Mary's Church, Stafford, is a small structure of stone, with a cupola and one bell. 
The Mayor and Corporation of Stafford are the patrons. This liberty contains 17 houses, 17 families; 52 males, 48 females: total of inhabitants, 100.
