The parish is traversed by the road from Dublin to Slane. The surface consists of tolerably good soil. The living is a rectory in the diocese of Meath, value with Ratoath, £595, in the patronage of the crown and T. L. Norman, Esq. Creekstown, in the Roman Catholic arrangement, gives name to the union, including the parishes of Kilmoon, Donaghmore, Kilbrew, and Grenogue, and has a chapel and school here, besides two other chapels within the union.
