This is the last Will and Testament of me Dorothea Haddock of Dartmouth in the County of Devon Spinster ffirst I give and bequeath unto my Cousin Charlotte Ann Churchill daughter of the late William Churchill of Exeter Musician the sum of two hundred pounds to be paid to her by my Executrix hereinafter named within six calendar months after my decease by my Executrix hereinafter named and after payment of all my just debts funeral and Testamentary expences and the legacy by me hereinbefore bequeathed I give and bequeath all the rest residue and remainder of my money securities for money goods chattels and personal estate whatsoever and wheresoever which I may die possessed of or entitled to unto my cousin Elizabeth Rebecca Churchill her Executors Administrators and Assigns for her and their own absolute use and benefit and lastly I hereby nominate constitute and appoint the said Elizabeth Rebecca Churchill sole Executrix of this my last Will and Testament hereby revoking all former and other Wills by me at any time heretofore made In Witness whereof I the above named Dorothea Haddock have to this my last Will and Testament set my hand and seal this sixteenth day of May one thousand eight hundred and thirty eight Dorothy Haddock
