The Help Information describing how we manage GENUKI is spilt into sections according to the different “roles” that logged-in users (e.g. Maintainers) have been assigned. The different roles can perform different classes of task - users' permissions are set, according to their role, so as to control what tasks they can perform. The basic roles are hierarchical so an Administrator can perform more types of task than an ordinary Maintainer. For example, an Administrator can enrol new Maintainers, and a Maintainer can create new pages of information in GENUKI, while a Contributor can only edit existing pages. The help information is split into various sections and so you should look at the section for your current role as well as those for roles below yours in the tree. The roles and hence sections that are currently defined are:
