London Gazette - Issue 6861 published on the 28 February 1729.

Richard Yeo, late of the Parish of St. Thomas the Apostle, in the County of Devon, Mariner, and Lodovick Veale, late of Topsham in the said County, mariner, Fugitives for Debt, and beyond the Seas on and before the 1st of February 1728, give Notice, that they intend to take the Benefit of the late Act for the Relief of Insolvent Debtors, t the next General Quarter Sessions to be holden in and for the County of Devon, they having surrendred themselves into the Custody of the Keeper of the Sheriff's Ward or Prison of and for the said County of Devon.
