St Mary & All Saints church, in Dale Street, Palfrey, erected in 1901-2 to the designs of JEK & JP Cutts, is a building of red brick in the Tudor style. The stained east window was installed in 1926 as a war memorial.
The living is a vicarage in the gift of the Bishop of Lichfield.
