- 1720: Congregation formed (following a doctrinal split) from the congregations of the 1st & 2nd Presbyterian churches.
- c1720: New church built on Rosemary Street.
- 1832: New larger church building opened on the same site.
- 1941: Church suffered extensive bomb damage and was subsequently demolished. Congregation merged with that of the Ekenhead Church.
