The National Gazetteer of Great Britain and Ireland - 1868

In 1868, the parish of Aglishdrinagh contained the following places:

"AGLISHDRINAGH, (or Aglishdrideen), a parish in the barony of Orrery and Kilmore, in the county of Cork, province of Munster, Ireland, 3 miles to the S.W. of Charleville. The land is good, partly arable, but chiefly hilly pasture. The living is a rectory in the diocese of Cork, Ross, and Cloyne, value £224, in the patronage of the bishop. There is no church, only some alight traces of the ancient one.
