The National Gazetteer of Great Britain and Ireland - 1868

In 1868, the parish of Castlerickard contained the following places:

"CASTLERICKARD, a parish in the baronies of Lune and Upper Moyfenrath, in the county of Meath, province of Leinster, Ireland, 7 miles to the S.W. of Trim. It is situated on the banks of the river Boyne. The living is a rectory in the diocese of Meath, value £197, in the patronage of the bishop. The chief mansion is Castlerickard House."
