The National Gazetteer of Great Britain and Ireland - 1868

In 1868, the parish of Lambston contained the following places:

"LAMBSTON, a parish in the hundred of Roose, county Pembroke, 3 miles N.W. of Haverfordwest, its post town. The village, which is small, is situated near St. Bride's Bay. The living is a perpetual curacy in the diocese of St. David's, value £164, in the patronage of Pembroke College, Oxford. The church is dedicated to St. David. The tithes were commuted in 1539."
