The information  below relating to Tenby was extracted  by Gareth Hicks from the CD of the same title published by Archive CD Books.  (May 2003)

The town of Tenby and parish of St Mary (within and without), contained, by the parliamentary returns for 1821, 1554 inhabitants.

Post Office, Martha Morgan, Post Mistress. --- Letters from all parts arrive every morning at eight, and are despatched every evening at six.
