In the Name of God Amen I Sarah Manning of Dittsham in the County of Devon do make this my last Will and Testament ffirst I give and bequeath to my Niece Ann Peeke all the Interest of all the Property I now hold in the Public Stocks for her life and after her decease the Principal to be equally divided amongst her Children I give to John Peeke husband of the above one pound I give to the two sons of the above John and Ann Peeke ten pounds each I also give and bequeath to Elizabeth Peeke Daughter of the above the Sum of ten pounds also one Cotton Gown one silk Cloak one silk handkerchief one Gold Ring one silver Table Spoon I also give and bequeath to Grace Peeke Daughter of the above ten pounds also one Stuff Gown one silk handkerchief one Gold Ring one silver Table Spoon I also give and bequeath to Ann Peeke Daughter of the above John and Ann Peeke ten pounds also one Cotton Gown one silk Cloak one silk handkerchief one Gold Ring and a half dozen silver Tea Spoons I also give to Richard ffeasy one pound and to Elizabeth ffeasy his Wife five pounds I likewise give to Mary Ann Peeke Daughter of the above John and Ann Peeke one black silk Gown with all the remainder of my Wearing apparel also my bed and bedding and all the Remainder of my household furniture I also constitute and appoint the said Mary Ann Peeke my whole and sole Executrix of this my last Will and Testament leaving her all my Personal Property which remaineth after the above Legacies and ffuneral expences are paid In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal the 6 day of October in the year of our Lord 1822 The Mark of X Sarah Manning
