Elizabeth ELLIOTT was baptised 6 Dec 1772 Egg Buckland and died in Plymouth 21st May 1851. She was buried at Shaugh 25th May 1851. She married a widower, John LILLICRAP 15th Feb 1796 at Shaugh Prior. His will was proved in 1835.

Executrix and Executor, named in the last Will and Testament of Elizabeth LILLICRAP late of Plymouth aforesaid, Widow deceased, who died on the twenty-first Day of May 1851.

In the name of God Amen, I, Elizabeth LILLICRAP of the Parish of Shaugh in the County of Devon, but now of the Borough of Plymouth in the said County, Widow, and Relict of John LILLICRAP, late of the said Parish of Shaugh, Yeoman, deceased, being weak of body but of sound and disposing mind, memory and understanding, do this fourteenth day of September in the year of our Lord One thousand Eight hundred and forty-three, make this my last Will and Testament in manner and form following, that is to say, First, I give and Bequeath unto my son, Francis LILLICRAP, of the Parish of Bickleigh, in the said County, Yeoman, the sum of Thirty Pounds. Also, I give and Bequeath unto my son Thomas LILLICRAP of the said Parish of Shaugh, Yeoman, the like sum of Thirty Pounds, the said Legacies to be paid unto each of the said Legatees respectively by my Executrix or Executor hereinafter named, immediately after the expiration of three calendar months next after my decease. Also, I give and Bequeath unto my Daughter, Susannah DAMMEREL, Wife of Edward DAMMEREL of the said Parish of Shaugh, Agricultural Laborer, All my Clothes and Wearing Apparel. And as to all the rest, residue and remainder of my Goods, Chattels, Estate and Effects of what nature or kind soever and wheresoever the same may be at the time of my decease, and not hereintofore given and disposed of, after payment of my debts, Funeral and Testamentary Expences, and the expence of proving this, my Will, I do hereby give and Bequeath the same and every part thereof unto my Daughter the said Susannah DAMMEREL and my Son, William LILLICRAP of Jump, in the Parish of Tamerton Foliot in the said County of Devon, Wheelwright, her, his or their Executors, Administrators and Assigns in equal shares, and proportions, and my Will is that the share or proportiion of my daughter, the said Susannah DAMMEREL shall not be subject or liable to the debts, management or control of her husband, the said Edward DAMMEREL, but that the same shall be for her sole use and benefit absolutely - And I do hereby nominate, constitute and appoint my Daughter the said Susannah DAMMEREL and my Son, the said William LILLICRAP, Executrix and Executor and Executors of this my last Will and Testament, hereby revoking and making void all former and other wills by me at any time heretofore made and do declare this and this only to be my last Will and Testament. In witness whereof I have to this my last Will and Testament set and subscribed my hand the day and year first above written.
