The locations of parishes and churches have been traced from "A map of the Ecclesiastical Divisions within the County of London, 1903" published by Edward Stanford, and available as a facsimile from the London Topographical Society. The original has the boundaries drawn over a street map. Our version has modern National Grid references marked at 1 kilometer intervals at the bottom and left of the map.
